I don't mean to be rude, Vince, but when I calculate the dividend yield for McChip Resources (MCS) I get a 8.13% annual yield at the current stock price. The dividend frequency is semi-annual and is paid out twice year.
Anyways, I wish you and your family a great holiday. I also want to say Happy Holidays to all, and I wish everyone a great time with their family and friends over the next few days.
Hi Wordly Trader,
Yes...based on a $.10 semi-annual dividend you are correct. The dividend may vary though based on cash availability so it may go up or down yearly. I would love to know what they think the potash royalty will be on an annual basis.
Happy Holidays.
Vince
